Mariano Light Luminarie displays the availability of all products, but if they are out of stock, you will still be able to place an order. Please note that our warehouse inventory changes frequently, so the availability of an item cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our office to ensure that this item is still available. Our office team will be able to assist you in Italian and English Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM +1 GMT. Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM +1 GMT (call rates vary based on your local rate).

WHERE DO WE SHIP ORDERS?
Mariano light luminarie products are delivered to Italy and internationally. Delivery will be made upon full payment for the ordered items. Please contact our office staff for deliveries to destinations not displayed at checkout.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?
Mariano light luminarie offers DHL delivery services. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after receipt of payment, depending on product availability. This delivery service in Italy is offered free of charge by Mariano light luminarie. You also have the option of picking up your item at our showroom. HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER
Mariano light luminarie will inform you of the progress of your order by email. You will receive a tracking code to follow the progress of your order. If you have any further questions about delivery, please call our office.
HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASED PRODUCT
You can return an ordered product within 14 days of receiving it. Mariano Light Luminarie offers two return options: online or at our warehouse. The product must be returned in perfect condition, complete (box and label), and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend taking all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete, or dirty product will not be eligible for a refund. To return a product, please contact our office.
MY LUMINARIA WON'T TURN ON, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
When your Luminaria doesn't turn on, check that all the bulbs are screwed in securely. You can check this by unscrewing the bulb slightly and turning it back on while the luminaria is plugged in. Repeat this process for all the bulbs. If the light still doesn't turn on, contact Mariano Light Luminarie.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Mariano Light Luminarie accepts PayPal, credit card, and bank transfer.
I HAVE A LIGHT WITH A SWITCH, BUT WHEN IT'S OFF, THE LIGHT IS STILL LIGHTING LIGHT.
Just reverse the plug and reinsert it. It's that simple!

CAN I CHANGE THE COLORS OF THE LAMPS?
Our light fixtures are sold in their original colors as shown in the renderings. You can purchase additional colored lamps to change the colors. For special requests, please contact our office.
I CAN DESIGN MY OWN LIGHTS
If you have an idea for a light you'd like to create, please use the contact form and submit your design. Once we receive your design, we'll send you a quote. Once you approve the quote, our experts will transform your design into a traditional handcrafted light.
Warranty
If you discover a defect in your product, please report it via our help page, explaining the issue. To ensure our assistance is effective and efficient, we will ask you for some information, which you can respond to via email.
In the event of a non-repairable defect in the purchased product, we, as the seller, assume the warranty obligation required by law.
The legal warranty on online purchases is two years and is valid within the European Union. It is limited to non-perishable components and/or components that have not deteriorated or deteriorated due to normal use of the purchased item. Under the seller's warranty, we undertake to repair the item.
