Before shipping the items marianolightluminarie.com will check the availability of the order and the outcome of the payment. Only after verifying that the payment has been successful marianolightluminarie.com will send you an email accepting the order and the shipment of the package.
The articles on marianolightluminarie.com are only products available in stock. If for some mere reason such as multiple orders or for a system error, the item becomes unavailable after purchase, the order will be considered void and it will be up to marianolightluminarie.com to contact you to establish new delivery times necessary to carry out the goods or to arrange immediate reimbursement.

Shipments are done by DHL express courier. Deliveries will be made exclusively to the address indicated on the order. The delivery time basically depends on the delivery address. Delivery in Italy is expected within 5-6 working days. However, during busy periods such as holidays or sales, this timing may be delayed. Availability of in-store items.
Mariano light luminarie shows the availability of all products. In case of unavailability the product will show the possibility of made to order. Please note that our magazine inventory changes frequently. The availability of an item therefore cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our office to ensure that this item is still available. Our office team will be able to assist you in Italian and English from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 AM and from 15:00 PM till 6:30 PM +1GMT Saturday from 8:30 AM till 1:00 PM +1GMT (call charges vary according to landline rates of the location called)

Where can I have my order delivered?
Mariano light luminarie items are only delivered to Italy. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Please contact our office team of staff in case of delivery to other destinations. Mariano light luminarie delivers with DHL delivery services. The expected delivery time is 3-5 business days after receiving payment, depending on the availability of the product. This delivery service is offered free of charge by Mariano light luminarie. How do I track my order?
Mariano light luminarie will inform you by email of the progress of your order. In this email you will receive a tracking code with which you can follow this process. If you have any other questions regarding your delivery please call our Office staff department.
How do I return a product?
you have the option to return a product ordered within 14 days of its date of receipt. If a product does not meet your expectations, Mariano light luminarie is pleased to accept returns; however, return shipping costs will be at your own expense. Mariano light luminarie offers two types of returns: online or in one of our stores. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its entirety (box and label) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund. To return a product, please contact our office department.
My Luminaria doesn’t turn on, what do I do?
When your Luminaria doesn't turn on check if all lamps are screwed in well. You can do this by unscrewing the lamp a little bit and screwing the lamp back in, while the luminaria is plugged in to the current. Repeat this for all the lamps. If the luminaria still doesn't turn on please contact Mariano light luminarie.
How do I proceed payment?
Mariano light luminarie accepts Paypal, Creditcard and bank transfer payments.
I have a Luminaria with a switch, but when turned off the Luminaria is still slightly turned on.
Just flip the plug and put in back in the socket. As simple as that!
What is the security of online payments?
All transactions made on the Mariano light luminarieinterni.it are highly secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal and payment data. Mariano light luminarie agrees to not store your credit card details.
Can I changes to the colours of the lamps?
Our luminarie are sold only in their original colours as seen in the render. You can buy additional coloured lamps to change the colours. If you have any particular request please contact our office department.
Can I design my own luminarie?
If you have an idea for a luminarie that you would like to realize, please use the contact form to send your design. Once we have received the design, we will send you a quote. Once you have approved the quote, our experts will then transform your design into a traditional artisan luminarie.
Warranty
If a defect is detected on the product please communicate this to us via our help-page, explaining what has occurred. You will be then asked for some more information to which you can reply via email.
In the event of a non-repairable defect in the product purchased, as a seller we naturally assume the warranty obligation provided for by law
The legal guarantee on online purchases is 2 years and is valid within the European Union, limited to non-perishable and / or non-deteriorated or perishable components for normal use of the purchased good. As part of the seller's warranty, we undertake to repair the item or, if necessary, to replace it.
If the purchased good shows defects within two years of delivery, the buyer can contact the seller and claim the right to replace or repair the goods. In the event that the damages may arise, from the buyer or third parties, from an inappropriate use of the goods sold, the seller is not liable in any case for the damages.
The guarantee is a voluntary additional service. The buyer is obliged to prove, after six months, that the deficiency already existed at the time of transfer of the risk. To ascertain the warranty claims, you must contact us directly. In addition to the guarantee we provide, there is also the possibility of obtaining a maintenance service for your needs.
