Order and shipping
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your shipment. Your order will usually be shipped on the next working day after confirmation of payment or a payment confirmation guaranteed by a third party (PayPal). Please note: in the case of payments by ordinary bank transfer, the time required for the transfer must be added.
Customs duties and local taxes are not included. The term "all taxes included" refers exclusively to Italian VAT. For shipments to non-EU countries, duties, import taxes, and other local charges are set by the authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
