Return Policy
Customers may return a product within 14 days of receipt, as provided for by the *Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52 et seq.)*.
To initiate the return process, please send an email to info@marianolightluminarie.com
indicating:
• Order number
• Product to be returned
• Reason for return
The product must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and original packaging, and in resalable condition. We recommend taking all necessary precautions to ensure its protection during transport.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, pursuant to Article 57 of the Consumer Code and in all cases of exercising the right of withdrawal, regardless of the reason for the return. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the return costs will be borne by the seller. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund will include the price of the product and the standard shipping costs incurred for the original order; any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than standard will not be refunded.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card, or bank transfer), unless technically impossible or otherwise agreed with the customer.
Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or personalized at the customer's request.
These products are made specifically to the customer's order and, therefore, cannot be returned or refunded.
If the products are returned damaged, incomplete, or with signs of use exceeding what is necessary to verify their nature and functioning, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the decrease in value of the item.
In the event of a *return due to defect or non-conformity*, before shipping, please send photographs of the product to our office to assess the issue.
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the package for integrity and ensure the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated at the time of purchase. If the packaging shows obvious damage, signs of tampering, or the number of packages does not match, the goods must be accepted with a specific reservation for inspection, indicating the nature of the anomaly on the courier's document (for example: "damaged package," "tampered with packaging," "missing package").
Acceptance of the goods without a specific reservation forfeits the right to raise complaints regarding any anomalies.
